Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at launch, but we are working on it.
Orders over $50 ship free within the US. Orders under $50 have a flat $5.99 shipping fee.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. See our full shipping policy for details.
Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can use that number to check delivery status at any time.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window on unused items in original packaging. No restocking fees. Contact hello@kindlymorrow.com to start a return. See our full returns policy for details.
Returns on defective or incorrect items are free. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Products

Every product in the store is vetted for quality, compatibility, and real-world usefulness. We check reviews from other makers, test common use cases, and verify documentation before listing anything.
Compatibility varies by product. Every product page includes a compatibility section that tells you exactly what it works with (Home Assistant, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, Zigbee, etc.) and what else you might need.
Yes. Every product includes either a printed quickstart card or a link to an online getting-started guide. Starter kits include full project walkthroughs.
It depends on the product. Every product page clearly states whether soldering is required. Our starter kits are designed to be solder-free for beginners.

Orders

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us at hello@kindlymorrow.com and we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order ships, it cannot be modified.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

Every product is selected based on four criteria: compatibility with popular ecosystems, build quality, practical usefulness, and available documentation. If it does not pass all four, it does not make the store.
