Tap your nightstand. Your phone goes into Sleep focus.
You need: an iPhone XS or later, or an Android phone with NFC; two blank NFC stickers, from any store that sells them.
30-day returns. Every order ships with tracking.

Each kit is a small gadget project with a free plan: what to buy, what else you need, what it can't do, and the exact words to paste into Claude. Read any plan before you buy anything.
