Not satisfied? Return unused items within 30 days for a full refund. No restocking fees, no hassle.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Opened software, flashed firmware, or soldered products cannot be returned unless defective.
- Starter kits must be returned complete with all included items.

How to Start a Return
- 1Email hello@kindlymorrow.com with your order number and reason for return.
- 2We will send you return instructions and a shipping address within one business day.
- 3Ship the item back in its original packaging.
- 4Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product or variant, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days with photos of the damage. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
